2017 Ramadhan Collections
Alhamdulillah, our fundraising efforts raised close to $10,000 USD for our Ramadan projects.
JazakAllahul Khair to all the donors, volunteers, and Islamic centre’s that supported our efforts. May Allah (SWT) put barakat in your lives and multiply your wealth.
Pre-Ramadhan Bazaar
Sunday April 30th, 2017 we had a table at the Masjid Jamaat Al Mumineen (MJAM) Pre-Ramadhan Bazaar in Coral Springs FL to raise awareness of our organization and get to know the community.
In order to cover the admin cost for this event we sold candy kabobs for $2.00 each. Alhamdulillah, they were a hit with the kids and drew the parents in:). We sold all 26 candy kabobs and made $52 to cover the cost of the kabobs (~$16), printing costs(~$10), and the table cost ($25).
In addition, we sold a few pins for poverty, some Eid cards, and got a few dollars in donations. Alhamdulillah, we made $750.00 towards the Food hampers in Ramadan from this event and achieved our goal of getting to know our new community here in Coral Springs.
We greatly appreciated the support of the Masjid Jamaat Al Mumineen (MJAM) and the community in making this a successful endeavor
