In 2020, Fiysabiylillah Compassionate Aid Organization offered food hampers, which consisted of basic food necessities such as rice, lentils and flour, in the following countries:
- Guyana – Demerara, Essequibo and Berbice
- Kenya – Kilifi
- India – Hyderabad
- Pakistan – Karachi
- Bangladesh – Cox Bazar
- Syria (Demascus)
- Palestine – Gaza
- Lebanon
The purpose of these food hampers is to provide low-to-no income families with food to start and break their fast with during the month of Ramadhan, as well as to celebrate with on Eid.
